Urlpayout.com is part of the group of link shorteners that pay per visit. The theory is that with the ads on its intermediate pages, users get income.
I say theory because in practice, Urlpayout.com links have no intermediate pages and therefore no ads or earnings.
The site does not have a privacy policy or conditions of service, nor does it have any profile on social networks. All this despite having more than 13,000 users at the time of writing this text.
Working from 2019-04-11 and added from 2021-10-30. Urlpayout link shortener has not yet been included in the main list of shorteners.net.
