ShrtFly is a relatively recent URL shortener that pays. Registered in 2017 and with a good trajectory, it has excellent payment rates. To highlight is the large repertoire of payment methods available and not having problems to its editors since we have proof of its existence. It works like everyone else; it shows an intermediate page that the visiting user must skip, after a few seconds, to access the destination link.

Creating too many links with no traffic or single click also violate their terms.
